Sembilan bab memeriksa perilaku mencari keuntungan, bahasa kritik moral, gender, trilogi teungeutlogi–ngeutlogi–peungeutlogi, aktivisme, perubahan SIRA menjadi partai, serta refleksi akhir 2008. Kiamat Center adalah metafora pemeriksaan diri dan tanggung jawab etis, bukan lembaga yang sudah berdiri. Kritik tentang gender dan industri seksual dibaca sebagai posisi normatif penulis yang dapat diperdebatkan, tanpa mengubahnya menjadi karakter umum perempuan, pendatang, atau masyarakat Aceh. Perubahan organisasi sosial menjadi partai ditelaah melalui kontinuitas mandat dan akuntabilitas kepada masyarakat.
Esai berasal dari 2006–2012 dan diterjemahkan serta direvisi untuk edisi internasional 2026. Tanggal penerbitan ulang tidak mengubah seluruh peristiwa menjadi kejadian tahun 2026. Ini sintesis kritis dan peta bacaan, bukan reproduksi bab atau verifikasi independen setiap klaim.

Nine chapters examine profit seeking, moral critique, gender, the three local idioms of manipulation, activism, SIRA’s party transition and reflection on 2008. The Doomsday Centre is an ethical metaphor rather than an established institution. Gender and sexual-economy critiques remain the author’s contestable normative positions, not general descriptions of women, migrants or Acehnese society. Organisational change raises questions of mandate and accountability.
