Drs. H. Hasbi Abdullah, M.Si., lahir pada 1 November 1946, adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala dan tokoh Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM); ia adik Zaini Abdullah, petinggi GAM yang kelak menjadi Gubernur Aceh. Pada pemilihan gubernur Aceh 2006 ia menjadi calon wakil gubernur berpasangan dengan Ahmad Humam Hamid melalui PPP, dan pasangan itu meraih posisi kedua dengan 16,62 persen suara. Sesudah Partai Aceh memenangi pemilu legislatif 2009, ia menjabat Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Aceh (DPRA) periode 2009–2014.

Drs. H. Hasbi Abdullah, M.Si., born on 1 November 1946, was a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of Syiah Kuala University and a figure of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM); he is the younger brother of Zaini Abdullah, a GAM leader who later became Governor of Aceh. In the 2006 Aceh gubernatorial election he was the running mate of Ahmad Humam Hamid on the PPP ticket, which came second with 16.62 percent of the vote. After Partai Aceh won the 2009 legislative election, he served as Speaker of the Aceh People's Representative Council (DPRA) for 2009–2014.
