Yusri Razali lahir di Meureudu, Pidie Jaya, pada 29 April 1987 dan nyantri empat tahun di Dayah Darussa'adah Pusat Teupin Raya, Pidie; ia alumnus Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Ar-Raniry. Ia memimpin PD Pelajar Islam Indonesia Banda Aceh (2009–2010), menjadi Sekretaris Umum PII Aceh, dan Wakil Sekretaris KNPI Aceh (2013–2016). Ia menjadi anggota PPK Kuta Raja (2012), Komisioner KIP Banda Aceh 2018–2023, lalu dilantik kembali pada 10 Juli 2023 untuk periode 2023–2028 dan dipilih secara aklamasi sebagai Ketua KIP Banda Aceh.
Yusri Razali was born in Meureudu, Pidie Jaya, on 29 April 1987 and spent four years at Dayah Darussa'adah Pusat Teupin Raya, Pidie; he graduated from UIN Ar-Raniry's education faculty. He led the Banda Aceh branch of Pelajar Islam Indonesia (2009–2010), was general secretary of PII Aceh and deputy secretary of KNPI Aceh (2013–2016). He served on the Kuta Raja district election committee (2012), was a Banda Aceh KIP commissioner in 2018–2023, and was reappointed on 10 July 2023 for 2023–2028 and chosen chair by acclamation.
