Teuku Rahmatsyah lahir di Banda Aceh pada 31 Maret 1973, anak kedua almarhum Drs. T.A. Rahman Hasan dan almarhumah Cut Ramlah; istrinya Kiki Roro Ningsih dan mereka memiliki empat anak. Alumnus SMP 1 dan SMA 3 Banda Aceh serta FH Unsyiah ini meraih magister hukum di USU. Ia bertugas di Kejari Aceh Tengah dan Langsa, Kejati Aceh dan Kepulauan Riau, Kejaksaan Agung, lalu menjadi Kepala Kejari Aceh Utara, Asisten Pidana Khusus Kejati Aceh, Kepala Kejari Pamekasan, dan pada Juli 2020 Kepala Kejari Medan. Pada 2026 ia menjabat Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Aceh dan menerima Serambi Award 2026 pada 29 Agustus 2026.
Teuku Rahmatsyah was born in Banda Aceh on 31 March 1973, second child of the late Drs. T.A. Rahman Hasan and Cut Ramlah; he is married to Kiki Roro Ningsih and has four children. He attended SMP 1 and SMA 3 Banda Aceh, graduated in law from Unsyiah and earned a master's in law at USU. He served in the Central Aceh and Langsa district prosecutor's offices, the Aceh and Riau Islands high prosecutor's offices and the Attorney General's Office, then headed the North Aceh district office, was special crimes assistant at the Aceh high office, headed the Pamekasan office and, from July 2020, the Medan office. In 2026 he heads the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office and received the Serambi Award 2026 on 29 August 2026.
