T. Nasrulah, SH., MH. merupakan pengurus lama Taman Iskandar Muda (TIM), organisasi paguyuban masyarakat Aceh di Jakarta. Dalam susunan Pengurus Pusat TIM periode 2008–2012 di bawah Ketua Umum H. Teuku Safli Didoh, ia tercatat sebagai Wakil Ketua Bidang Pendidikan dan Pemberdayaan SDM (tercatat sebagai T. Nasrullah, SH.). Pada pelantikan 373 pengurus pusat TIM periode 2026–2030 di kompleks DPR/MPR, Senayan, 24 Oktober 2026, ia masuk sebagai anggota Dewan Pakar. Rincian riwayat pribadi dan kariernya di luar organisasi ini belum terverifikasi dari sumber terbuka.

T. Nasrulah, SH., MH. is a long-standing officer of Taman Iskandar Muda (TIM), the association of the Acehnese community in Jakarta. In the 2008–2012 TIM central board under chairman H. Teuku Safli Didoh he was listed as deputy head of the Education and Human Resources Division (listed as T. Nasrullah, SH.). At the installation of the 373-member 2026–2030 central board at the DPR/MPR complex in Senayan on 24 October 2026 he was named member of the Expert Council. Details of his personal background and career outside the association have not been verified from open sources.
