Soraya Devi (Prof. Dr., M.Ag.) is listed as Deputy Treasurer of the Executive Board of the ICMI Aceh regional board (Orwil Aceh) for 2026–2031. Her name is usually spelled Soraya Devy in publications; she is a professor of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh. In October 2023 she was a plenary speaker at the International Conference and AMAN Assembly in Banda Aceh, discussing the education of millennials, parents’ roles in child-rearing and gender equality in childcare.
