Said Rasul lahir di Banda Aceh pada 22 April 1961 dan bersekolah di Peureumeue dan Meulaboh. Ia lulusan APDN Banda Aceh (1984) dan Institut Ilmu Pemerintahan Jakarta (1991). Sebagai ASN Pemkab Aceh Barat ia menjabat antara lain Kabag Umum Setdakab (1999–2000), Kabid Perhubungan (2006), dan Kepala Dinas Perhubungan, Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata. Ia pengurus DPP Partai Aceh dan pada 16 Mei 2024 mendaftar ke partai itu sebagai bakal calon Bupati Aceh Barat.
Said Rasul was born in Banda Aceh on 22 April 1961 and schooled in Peureumeue and Meulaboh. He graduated from APDN Banda Aceh (1984) and the Institute of Public Administration in Jakarta (1991). As a West Aceh civil servant he served as head of general affairs at the regency secretariat (1999–2000), head of the transport division (2006) and head of the transport, culture and tourism office, among other posts. He sits on Partai Aceh's central board and on 16 May 2024 registered with the party as a prospective candidate for regent of West Aceh.
