Raihan Diani (also spelled Reihana Diany) is an Acehnese women's rights and pro-democracy activist from the post-Reformasi student generation. She chaired the Aceh Democratic Women's Organisation (ORPAD) and worked alongside Aguswandi in the Student Solidarity for the People (SMUR) circle. In July 2002 Banda Aceh police detained her as field coordinator of an ORPAD protest at the Simpang Lima roundabout against President Megawati Soekarnoputri and Vice President Hamzah Haz; six fellow protesters were released while she was charged with insulting the head of state under Articles 154 and 157 of the Criminal Code, a case taken up by international human rights groups. She was later one of the founders of the Aceh People's Party (PRA), a local party launched by former student activists in 2006–2007.
