Novina Rahmawati (DR. dr. M.Si. Med., Sp.THTBKL, Sub.Sp.N.O (K)) tercatat sebagai anggota Divisi Kesehatan Masyarakat, Departemen Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat ICMI Orwil Aceh 2026–2031. Ia adalah dokter spesialis telinga, hidung, tenggorok, bedah kepala dan leher (THT-BKL) dengan subspesialisasi neuro-otologi, yang terdaftar dalam jajaran staf Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala. Gelar doktornya diraih melalui ujian promosi doktor di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala.
Novina Rahmawati (DR. dr. M.Si. Med., Sp.THTBKL, Sub.Sp.N.O (K)) is listed as a member of the Public Health Division, Department of Health and Community Welfare of the ICMI Aceh regional board (Orwil Aceh) for 2026–2031. She is an ear, nose, throat and head-and-neck surgery (ENT) specialist with a neuro-otology subspecialty, listed among the staff of the Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Syiah Kuala. She obtained her doctorate through a doctoral defence at the Graduate School of Universitas Syiah Kuala.
