Lahir 20 Mei 1979 di Leupung, Aceh Besar. Ia memimpin PT Putra Sinar Desa sejak 2004 dan pada 2017 mengambil alih mayoritas saham klub Persiraja Banda Aceh. Ia terpilih menjadi anggota DPR RI dari Partai Amanat Nasional untuk daerah pemilihan Aceh I pada 2019 dan 2024, menjabat Wakil Ketua lalu Ketua Mahkamah Kehormatan Dewan (MKD), dan pada 2025 menjadi Wakil Ketua Umum PAN serta Ketua PAN Aceh. Identifikasi dengan nama dalam daftar A'wan PWNU Aceh (H. Nazaruddin, S.IP.) didasarkan pada kesamaan nama dan gelar. Dalam kepengurusan ICMI Orwil Aceh 2026–2031 ia tercatat sebagai anggota Dewan Penasehat.
Born on 20 May 1979 in Leupung, Aceh Besar. He has headed PT Putra Sinar Desa since 2004 and in 2017 took a majority stake in the football club Persiraja Banda Aceh. He was elected to the DPR for the National Mandate Party (Aceh I) in 2019 and 2024, served as deputy chair and then chair of the House ethics council (MKD), and in 2025 became a PAN deputy chair and head of PAN Aceh. His identification with the name in the NU Aceh A'wan list (H. Nazaruddin, S.IP.) rests on the matching name and degree. The 2026–2031 ICMI Aceh line-up lists this figure as member, Advisory Board.
