Latar belakangBackground
Murdani Abdullah adalah dokter spesialis penyakit dalam dengan subspesialisasi gastroenterohepatologi. Seluruh pendidikannya ditempuh di Universitas Indonesia: dokter (1988), spesialis penyakit dalam (1997), konsultan gastroenterohepatologi (2001), dan doktor ilmu kedokteran (2009). Pada 2017 ia menjadi guru besar ilmu penyakit dalam di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Dalam kepengurusan pusat Taman Iskandar Muda (TIM) periode 2026–2030, ia duduk sebagai anggota Dewan Pakar.
Murdani Abdullah is an internist with a subspecialty in gastroenterohepatology. He completed all his training at the University of Indonesia: medical degree (1988), internal medicine specialist (1997), gastroenterohepatology consultant (2001) and doctorate in medical sciences (2009). In 2017 he became professor of internal medicine at the University of Indonesia's Faculty of Medicine. In the 2026–2030 central board of Taman Iskandar Muda (TIM), he serves as a member of the Expert Board.
