Teungku Muharuddin (Tgk Muhar) lahir pada 18 Juni 1978 dan merupakan anggota pasukan GAM pada 1998–2005. Ia bergabung dengan Partai Aceh dan menjabat Ketua DPR Aceh (2014–2018), lalu sempat pindah ke NasDem (2018–2021) dan Perindo (2021–2022) sebelum kembali ke Partai Aceh sebagai Wakil Bendahara Umum (2023–). Ia kembali terpilih sebagai anggota DPRA dari Fraksi Partai Aceh untuk periode 2024–2029.

Teungku Muharuddin (Tgk Muhar) was born on 18 June 1978 and was a GAM fighter in 1998–2005. He joined Partai Aceh and was Speaker of the Aceh legislature (2014–2018), then moved to NasDem (2018–2021) and Perindo (2021–2022) before returning to Partai Aceh as deputy treasurer (2023–). He was re-elected to the Aceh legislature for Partai Aceh for 2024–2029.
