Lahir di Simpang, Teupin Raya, Batee, Pidie, pada 15 Juni 1981, dikenal sebagai Dek Fad. Ia memimpin PT Krueng Simpang (2008–2013), bergabung dengan Partai Gerindra pada 2013, dan menjadi anggota DPR RI dua periode (2014–2024) dari dapil Aceh I. Ia memimpin DPD Gerindra Aceh sejak 2022 dan menjabat Wakil Gubernur Aceh 2025–2030 mendampingi Muzakir Manaf.
Born in Simpang, Teupin Raya, Batee, Pidie, on 15 June 1981; known as Dek Fad. He ran PT Krueng Simpang (2008–2013), joined Gerindra in 2013 and sat two terms (2014–2024) in the national House of Representatives for Aceh I. He has led Gerindra's Aceh branch since 2022 and is Vice Governor of Aceh for 2025–2030 under Muzakir Manaf.
