Fadhil Ilyas (S.H., M.H.) is listed as Treasurer of the Executive Board of the ICMI Aceh regional board (Orwil Aceh) for 2026–2031. He is an Acehnese banker who earned a law degree (2005) and a master of laws (2011) at Universitas Syiah Kuala and is pursuing a doctorate in Islamic economic law at UIN Ar-Raniry. He joined Bank Aceh in 2005 and rose through posts including head of the credit section at the Langsa branch (2010), head of the Idi (2013) and Lhokseumawe (2016) branches, head of the central operations office (2017), head of the asset recovery and settlement division and business director (2023), and acting president director (2024). On 8 September 2025 an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting confirmed him as President Director of Bank Aceh Syariah, on the nomination of Aceh Governor Muzakir Manaf; in 2026 he received an SMSI Award for his role in supporting small and medium enterprises.
