H. Akhyar Mohd. Ali, M.Ag., is a religious instructor and Ministry of Religious Affairs official in Aceh Besar active in the Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah organisation. On 17 September 2021 he was installed as secretary of the Al Washliyah Aceh regional board for 2021–2026 under chair Dr. Ridwan Nurdin, following the 9th regional congress; at the time he was a functional religious instructor at the Krueng Barona Jaya religious affairs office (KUA), Aceh Besar. By 2025 he held a doctorate and headed the Islamic community guidance section (Kasi Bimas Islam) of the ministry's Aceh Besar office, and he is known as a Friday preacher.
